BtB Marine offers general fabrication of all ferrous and non ferrous metals to produce a wide range of items for most sectors.
With in-house drafting, cutting and machining, BtB Marine can ensure all parts meet the highest possible standards. The products can be checked and signed off by applicable engineers or marine surveyors, if required.

Stainless letters and other items
For the openening of Fraser Coast Regional Council's Gatakers Artspace in Maryborough, BtB Marine fabricated a range of items, like the 3D stainless lettering on the wall, the water feature, cartoon displays and much more.
Boat Trolleys
BtB Marine designed and fabricated 14 boat trolleys for Yamaha PNG's new boat building factory. BtB Marine's designers ensured the trolleys were easy to assemble and ready for pick-up on a pallet to be shipped in a 20ft container to the factory in Port Moresby.
Pod Extension
BtB Marine fabricated an aluminium pod on this fibreglass vessel, following the shape of the hull.

Ship's Gangway
Gladstone Port Corporation commissioned BtB Marine to build two ship's ladders for the Port Alma facility. BtB Marine designed and custom built the ladders as well as supplying all engineers approvals.
Yacht Stands
Spliethoff's Sevenstar Yacht Transport commissioned BtB Marine to provide them with extra stands for their vessel Yacht Express that would be coming into Brisbane Port in a short time. The stands had to fit stands currently on board the vessel. Due to BtB Marine's quality control and precise fabrication, the stands fitted well and the yachts were loaded with no delay.

Signage and More
BtB Marine was involved in multiple fabrication jobs for the zero depth waterpark Wetside! in Hervey Bay. From aluminum and stainless steel signage to the baby whales internals and more.

Roof Racks
Custom fabricated roof racks designed to meet the clients' wishes and needs.
Shade Structure
Fraser Coast Regional Council commissioned BtB Marine to build a complex shade structure for Dayman Park, Hervey Bay. The structure, designed by a Brisbane based artist, was a gift to the local Butchulla people.
The structure was round, skewed and cantilevered. Thanks to BtB Marine's in-house drafting team, the shade structure parts fitted together without issue.

Whale Sculpture
Life sized female whale sculpture at the Fraser Coast Culture Centre in Hervey Bay. Local wood artists spent more than 400 hours carving almost 10 tonnes of local red ironbark timber to create the main body. Over 2 tonnes of marine grade stainless steel was used to form the frame and underbelly. The sculpture reaches almost 12 metres into the air.
BtB Marine was responsible for the inner structure (frames) of the whale and the stainless steel part of the fins where drawn by BtB Marine's in-house artist.
Library Sign
BtB Marine designed the new sign for the library in Tiaro (Fraser Coast) and fabricated the chosen design including 3D lettering in stainless steel.
